Anthony V. Cortese was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He is an experienced attorney who practices in personal injury, workers' compensation, longshore and other types of litigation. He was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1982 and in Florida in 1986. He has also been admitted to practice in federal courts in the middle district of Florida, in the 11th Circuit Court of appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He teaches and publishes articles on subjects in his areas of practice. Tony currently limits his practice to Florida, primarily in the Tampa Bay area. He also accepts Longshore and Defense Base Act cases in Pennsylvania. She was admitted to practice in Florida and in Pennsylvania in 1986 and practices in the fields of personal injury, workers' compensation and social security disability. She is also a certified circuit court mediator and has handled numerous mediations. At the present time she works part time on specific projects for the firm. Her "other job" is raising three children.
